I know this may be off topic but I just heard someone say spaghetti worm. I took this pic in my tank the other night after lights off around 3am. It is a creature with several tentacles, which looks like strings. It branched them off to various rocks. Sorry for the poor quality pic; took it using a red flashlight for the light as to not scare it off. This a spaghetti worm? ID anyone? I also took a short vid that gives a little better detail

Obvious question, why haven't you started using a reactor yet? Seems with dosing that kind of volume, it would be more beneficial to just hook up a reactor.

My guess would be spagetti worm or something very similar.

Good question???? I just never have used one and dosing has worked pretty well for me.

No nothing I've seen - I have been thinking for awhile it may be bacterial & someone else sent me a message with the same opinion so I will give that coral a anti-bac dip and see if that works.

I also have never used one. I've only had a 40 and I recently upgraded to a 75. I don't think I'm at the reactor stage yet because q couple gallons of two part will last me several months. From what I've read and spoke with people about, I can guarantee that if you go the reactor route you will be so grateful. Then you wouldn't have to have such huge dosing storage tanks. There's definitely no absolute right way (if there is it's probably what you're doing since you're corals look so amazing), but I figured I'd just throw that out there.

Did a 20 minute bath in Furan yesterday so if it is a bacterial issue I am hoping that will clear it up. (fingers are crossed)

The SSC looks to be making some headway with it's recovery. Some of the shoots I thought were dead are now turning red on the tips so I am keep my fingers crossed.
