Online buying suggestions?

I’m in the same situation so after much research bought online. Delivery was late by a day, 2 of 3 fish were DOA. The 1 survivor has some sort of lip Fungas and still in quarantine 5 weeks later. IMO, wasn’t worth it. Next time I’ll drive for hours to select my fish and get them acclimated ASAP. Even though a company has a good DOA policy it isn’t worth the headache or fair to this e fish. Plan a day trip, in the end you’ll be happy you did!

Yeah that’s probably what I’ll end up doing. I did a test run with some coral and a couple hermit crabs awhile back. Hermits died and one of the two corals didn’t make it, the other coral isn’t looking too hot. I thought maybe it was the supplier. May test again with coral but fish I’ll just make the trips.
