hello everyone!
I've been keeping up to date with live Aquarias divers den section for a few months now and I'm finally ready to buy a few corals. However, before I make a purchase, I was wondering everybody's opinion on liveaquaria. Are the corals and fish healthy? Is their shipping reliable? And opinion is much appreciated, thank you in advance.

I have yet to use them but I've only heard good things about them. I live in Minnesota and apparently they've been able to ship here even during the winter.

The Diver's Den and their captive grown corals that ship from Wisconsin are great. The regular Live Aquaria is equal to Petco.

I've only had one DOA from them and was refunded immediately with just a phone call. They didn't even ask for a picture. Packaging was great, heat pads in them to keep them warm.

Great company, There livestock is always amazing and they are super helpful on the off chance you encounter a problem. Recently ordered a Squaretail Bristletooth Tang from DD and had zero issues

I have always had great success dealing with Liveaquaria.
I have made many orders from them and will continue.

I have had good luck as well, one DOA and no questions asked. I took pictures and froze the fish and everything thinking it would be a headache to get a credit. No problems what so ever.

Be aware, even though divers den has quarantine protocols in place for fish, there are documented cases of people still receiving fish with parasites, etc. Just a heads up, livestock can still carry disease and parasites, even through divers den. The risk is surely lower than other wholesale systems and most retailers, but its still there. I would still recommend quarantining any fish you receive regardless the source..

Their customer service is great and they stand behind their products and livestock. I've ordered from them many times over the years and have not been dissatisfied. They do their best in assuring pest free livestock but good husbandry practices must be followed for all livestock.

I ordered from them 10 years ago and the fish were flawless. I still have one them

I've never ordered coral from them but I have ordered quite a few fish. I've always had great success with their fish, be it from LA or DD. And their customer support/guarantee is 2nd to none.

best online fish and coral site customer service is #1. i actually just placed an order for divers den. I received a promo code from my last order in january.

Coupon code 780/2111 - save 15% off entire order. If you use this like my post and also show us pictures of what you get. ;)

My UPS guy won't even come into through the gate to my yard, he just let's the packages set outside the fence and signs for me, which I've told him not to do several times. Now I have a new driver bc last year I ordered a new 600mm lens and someone stole it. I have a camera pointing at my gate so it was easy to prove what happened. From now on though I just pick my stuff up from the nearest UPS hub, especially for live stuff.

Customer service is top notch at live aquaria. In my opinion they are the best in the business. You won't be disappointed.

I've had good results for both coral and fish. Really well packaged. Everything arrived in good shape, even shipping here to Alaska.
