Ordered a really nice colony from divers den last mo. It's coloring up great. Came in healthy, slightly faded, it bleached as wild colonies often do, but really starting to look nice again!
A+! Never had a coral or fish die or even be rough looking. Lost inverts on occasion but they refunded me right away without asking for proof or anything. They offer a 2 week guarantee on fish and corals and I think there is an even longer one for their captive grown stuff. All in all one of the best online retailers there is.

i recently ordered 2 fish from them and they are in great shape. I however was not as pleased with their customer support. When i asked questions about what the mandarin's they have were eating they replied with what their diet is in the wild. I also asked if they could provide the shipping SG of the fish i purchased so i could set my QT to that level and they told me it would be between 1.018 and 1.023, which didn't at all either especially when it arrived at 1.016.
That being said, you can't beat a 14 day guarantee. I will buy fish from them again.

The divers den stuff is great. I've had mixed luck with the stuff coming out of California. Their customer service is 2nd to none. I had a Lineatus female die on day 14 and no questions asked they credited my card. Any time I've ever had a claim with a dead fish, they just refunded my money. No other online retailer has service like them.
Be extra careful when looking at DD corals, specially the color. If it says it's green and the photo looks like the coral is blue, it's really green. They aren't very great at getting the color right in their photos, at least from my experience with DD (in my case with a euphyllia coral). As far as customer service goes, I couldn't get a hold of someone knowledgeable about corals, most likely a petco rep. Your experience may vary.

Even though we hope that things in the future go well they may not go so good because they like to pay people like Walmart and I hope they don't loose the good people they have now. But you never know.

I have had very good luck with liveaquaria. Everything I have gotten from them has been very healthy and awesome. I would highly recommend them. There shipping is a little high in my opinion but great livestock. If you are looking for just corals I would suggest Unique corals so you can save $10 on shipping from liveaquaria. I have contacted customer service two times and they where very helpful and backed their arrive alive guarantee 100%
