Thank you very much.Corals are shipped all the time in transits that require more than 12 hours. As long as you make sure they see reasonable temperatures, stay wet, and don't get manhandled along the way, I think you'd be fine taking them back with you. I always carry an Igloo cooler for transporting livestock when I got to the LFS. The rigid box protects the livestock, provides a dark environment for shipping, can be packed with beach towel or pillows for padding, and helps moderate temperature swings.
