I just poured a bunch of vinegar in and bucket with water from the sink and just let it run for two hours and then let it run for an hour in rodi water.
This is old but I'm dealing with the same thing right now. I also have a bubble magus. I think my culprit is epoxy from adding frags. Just wondering how long this usually takes to get back to normal
