I'd like to start a thread to document peoples questions and comments about this dosing unit. I'm about to turn mine on and get things going but had a few questions about its operation/setup.

Can anyone give me a small tutorial on the best way to set this thing up, just want to dose 2 part, acro power and vitamin C. The interface is a little confusing to me....

What are people using for flow speed since there is 3 settings? I would assume precise flow for dosing two part?

Where can I get the latest software for the unit?

Bump.

Man the way people are avoiding this thread, you think you have the black plague or something[emoji12].

I'll update you when I get home

Have you looked at the manual for set up? http://www.pacific-sun.eu/download/Kore_5th_manual_1.4.9.pdf
Only really helps with the interface setup more so than the plugs/pumps.

I use moderate flow to dose. I am dosing 45ml day and have it spread out over the 24 hours.

I use their eu site for recent software. http://www.pacific-sun.eu/new/index...id=129:kore-5th-doser&catid=8:home&Itemid=101

Follow the calibration instructions VERY carefully. I screwed it up a lot setting up 4/5 dosers. Or maybe just don't calibrate it right before your bedtime. :p

Use the manual as stated by Reflective. Precise flow is better for dosing. Use the silicon tubing that is supplied for precise dosing. Calibrate your pump heads according to the instructions.

I think my biggest issue is I set up the dosing schedule and saved it. Stood by the doser and waited for the "first" dose to happen at the saved time and nothing happened. Using a Mac...I feel like I'm missing a step. I'll look into the manual again.

Did you update the doser to the latest firmware?

Yes I did, according to some sites for Mac it's supposed to be version 1.5, I downloaded it and opened the new application but the version still indicates 1.4. Also I've read the new version is only for the stirrer.

Also, make sure the delay for each pump is 0. Look at the image below and set it for each pump:

I think 1.5 is only for Windows. According to pacificsun.eu, the only mac version is 1.4 but it is 1.4g11 firmware update.
