Ok. I see it now on that thread too. I guess Pacsun hasn't updated their site yet. Try setting the delay to 0 and see if that fixes the issue. Also, select to "beep" each dose.
Did you download 2 files or just 1?Firmware version reads 1.4aOK
Have tried all that, after I set the dose schedule and select save. Is there anything else I need to do? I set the first dose for a minute ahead of the current time so I can see if it properly doses...am I missing something?
I have the windows version. I guess mac doesn't have that option. let me see if I can find some images of the mac version.![]()
My interface is different than yours, but the channel is on and beep dose is on.
Did you click read first to get your calibration from your doser?![]()

Make sure you click READ first to bring in saved data, then make changes. Click SAVE. Also, make sure the the day of the week is checked the Advanced Dose slide like below. Click READ to bring in the saved data then SAVE after checking the appropriate day.Ok so I got it to dose. Now I wanted to see how it would react to changes. So I changed it from 10mls daily to 100...saved it but it's still stuck on previous dosing amounts.
PS the issue is I was still connected to the unit via Bluetooth. Didn't know you had to disconnect for changes to run. Still can't change though
I do hit read and it tells me the amount it will dose...but it's still stuck on the 10ml amount vs the 100ml's I changed it too.
I changed it from 12 doses to 5 and it registered that just not the volume change.
Try restarting the doser. So I start the application...hit READ...it brings back:
Daily Dose - 100.00ml
Dose time - one minute ahead of current
# of doses per day - C5
Per Dose - 20.00ml
But the read out on the unit says 2.0ml still but at 5 doses
Try restarting the doser.
The issue is that it is not saving the information directly on the doser. No luck...same issue. Will try the other pumps in the AM. Maybe something is different about the first pump?
hmm....The best bet now is to contact Pac Sun. It may be an issue with the latest update for the MAC users. So all other pumps accept changes except for the first pump
