I should preface this thread by saying that I am a complete novice. Must of what I know I've learned in these forums and I'm doing my best to incorporate that knowledge in my build. This is what I have so far: Marineland 75 gallon pre-drilled cornerflow tank, black Marineland stand, 30 gallon 3 chamber Eshopps R 200 sump/refugium, Eheim Compact 3000 return pump, Marineland 1100 utility pump .... Pics to follow....

Here's the tank:

The workhorse of the operation, my Eheim Compact 3000:

Actually had to turn it down a smidge during the water test as it was overwhelming my drain pipe.

Same tank and Stand I have. I love the tank but the stand is too short, if my sump ever springs a leek I;m screwed :)

Looks awesome so far! What are your plans for lighting?

I noticed you don't have a clamp on the pump + hose connection in the picture. Not sure if you added one, but I would throw it on there for piece of mind.

The lighting came down to Reef Radiance and Reefbreeders, as they were the only quality LEDs I could afford. Decided to go with a couple 155E's from Reef Radiance after several lengthy discussions with Rick. His love for the hobby is obvious, and he was more than happy to field every dumb question a novice like me could throw at him. Hopefully they will be here in a couple weeks! It's going to be a chore to hang them, but there's no other way for it.
It's probably hard to see but I do have a black plastic clamp on there -- in fact it came with the pump.
