I would love to try LRS but the closest place that sells it is almost 2 hours away. I had to drive 1 hour just to get this PE Mysis :( I’ll have to wait just over 2 hours for them to open and give them a shout. Maybe I can talk the wife into a road trip to the OK Aquarium this weekend and bring my cooler filled with dry ice and pick some LRS products up.

Premium Aquatics sell them online. I have bought multiple times from them and they are good people to deal with.

Right!!! I gave $20 for a 8oz pack. That comes out to $40 a pound. I want your hook up!!! Lol

You sure? After all it is Illinois! Lol

You live in the good I state!!! I lived near Chicago for 25 years I moved out 23 years ago and hope to never go back lol I have family in Reelsville IN They moved away from Illinois 40 years ago it just took me longer to get out lol.

Yeah, Illinois is a bad state, especially Crook County.
I get my frozen and dry food in Bensenville, Illinois.
We live in St John, In for the last six years.

I actually lived in indiana for five years before moving to Atlanta. I was literally 15 minutes from premium Aquatics but I wasn’t in the hobby back then. Now I find myself placing orders regularly with them...

This is what I get for $15 and no tax. 1 lb. Never had an issue with it. It’s only $20 at another LFS.

Hikari and PE are a entire different level of food. Not that Hikari is bad but it's not the quality of PE.

PE also has no phosphorus ( aka Phosphate ) where Hikari does. Here's they labels directly from the companies. You can see the PE mysis are 100% mysis with natural food sources not a mysis full of a bunch of unnatural additives.

PE is not that amazing. They do a better job branding than other brands. Hikari is a very good brand too and I actually switched from PE to hikari because PE mysis is too large for many fish. HIKARI is much easier to swallow and less greasy.
