For pellet auto-feeding, I use TDO Chroma Boost, Seaweed Extreme and a black-worm based pellet. You definitely want to use a floating feeding ring to keep pellets in your tank and out of your sump. I'm always amazed at how well fish can keep time and how they gather around the feeding ring before the pellets drop.

TDO small and I also feed hikari herbivore and carnivore medium pellets I think. The biota Mandarin loved the hikari
