Perfect Stocking List for 90g Reef?

My fish are 3 months old in the dt with no qt and awesome.

And usually it works out fine, but all it takes is once....

Not sure about the others, but blue zoo doesn't quarantine, so I'm not sure what other protocols they follow, but unless it is a true qt for the appropriate amount of time and with medication, disease free is not guaranteed.

In fact, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you get a watanabi angel from a vendor that you thought was reputable at the time, but ended up losing a lot of fish anyway?

They qt alot longer .I can say ihave six fish that are totally hardy from them and their 6 months In the tank.

But they don't always medicate, they observe first, then if it appears that it needs medicine they put in their medicated system.

I am not saying that it is not a good process, because it is a good one, but it's not perfect.

I would buy from them with confidence, however, I would still qt myself. Proper qt protocol is not that difficult and what it provides in peace of mind is worth it.

I used to think buying healthy looking fish from reputable places was enough. After losing fish from diseases that could have been prevented changed my mind.

I have 4 clownfish , 1 tomini tang, 1 sailfin tang, 1 filefish 1 lawnmower blenny and 4 benghai Cardinals. It's a little heavy I know but seems to be working out so far.

ahhh ... the QT debate/dilemma and if and where to get fish online. I know I am going to be dealing with it all in a few months. I am reading this for vicarious pleasure, as we don't even have any water in there yet.
dreaming of my dream fish list. Sailfin Tang is a must. and a few clowns. Other than that, I am just swaying in the current .....

Whitetail Bristletooth Tang (have only seen 4-5" ones instead of babys)
One Spot Fox Face
Copperband Butterflyfish (alternative is ORA Aiptasia Eating Filefish if copperband is too difficult)
Melanarus Wrasse
Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse
Helfrichi Fire Fish
Ocellaris Clownfish

Any potential issues? In what order should i stock them?

what if your clown gets lonely? can't he/she have a buddy?? <grin>

As said, most vendors on the forum are reputable. Most fish usually come in looking healthy but note, most fish do carry some sort of disease or parasite in them. I doesn't show up until they are stressed and become sick. There is always an opportunity for a none QT'd fish to also bring in something that it is immune or resistant to, that will effect your other fish sooner or later and not show up until they become stressed. So the moral to the story lesson is, if you want to maintain a healthy tank for years to come, QT!
I did allot of studying about this issue and read many articles on this forum and in other reputable magazines and they all say the same thing. JMO, JME
