Awesome use of the oxy/acetylene torch! This has been an encouraging thread to follow. R2R is so much more than a forum. I love this community! Good on you for all you are doing for these formally neglected fish.
I used to watch a lot of MacGyver back in the 80's lol. I'm just hoping that they both pull through and make a full recovery

Just read through this thread and have to say it makes me proud to be a member this forum. Additionally, it helps restore my faith in humanity!

Can't express enough praise to @Mjrenz for the kindness and effort displayed. Can't express enough praise to @Frtdrmrose7 and @ngoodermuth and @tdlawdo for jumping in with all the help provided. You three should be given kudos and special thanks! It would great if R2R had some kind of badge showing going above and beyond. Maybe there is one and I'm not aware of it. @revhtree is there such an award/badge and, if not, any possibility of creating one?

I hope the person local to @Mjrenz looking to rehome a complete setup is willing to move forward!

Following with great anticipation!

I’ve been watching this intensely. I’m amazed at what you’ve done and all of the help you have received!
It's been an amazing and rewarding experience so far. I knew I'd get help, in the form of good advice, but I never thought it would attract this much attention

Amazing job!! Amazing team work! They are looking so much better and surely saved from a miserable lonely death!!! I still have some extra supplies you at welcome too. Let’s see what you get from this complete setup possibility.

The world is surely still worth it!

I have a serious and important question: Do they have names yet? ;Joyful
So far it's Mr Yellow Tang and Baby Dory, at least that's what we've been calling them lol

I do have a question about treatment, yesterday was the 7 day mark since the first dose of prazi and I only had it in the tank for about 3 hours before last night's emergency. Will I need to do another two rounds of prazi?

I can’t remember but did they have flukes on the initial FW dip?

I have been following this post glued to the computer screen. In these days were there is much bickering and animosity in the workd, it is great to see the best of humanity materialize in front of our eyes. @Mjrenz and all the consultants, my hat off to you. The dedication you are giving these lovely creatures speaks tons about you and it deserves much more than a praise.
For the group, please let me know if I can help in any way.
Now a comment on the bigger picture. Is there anything that can/has/should be done at the corporate level of this big retail stores? Beyond having a rescue patrol, what can be further done in regards to this issue?

I would probably treat again but wait until all other meds are done. I think Prazi is no longer effective after 10-12 hours or so.
I thought about leaving the prazi in the tank overnight with the oxygen but I don't trust my regulator enough to leave it unattended, it's had a lot of use and I always need to adjust it to keep the pressure consistent
