Where is it and where do you want it? Looks like it’s come back up? Open the lid on the tank of there is one, increase surface agitation, throw and air line on a pump and run it into the water?

Tank params? (Alk,Cal & Mag) And what did you do recently near Nov1st that caused that spike?

open the lid, it's see thru, also running a fan

Have you done the “take some water outside and aerate it” trick?

no I haven't what do you mean, take the tank water out let me air out and bring it to my tank lol

No, he's saying pull tank water, aerate in the bucket outside if possible and then read PH in the bucket.

That will tell you if it's due to excess CO2 in your tank water

Do you ever test the dkh of your effluent? If not, that might be a good think to check as well.

If your effluent dkh isnt sky high, then you could be tuned inefficiently and using more C02 than required.

It isn't uncommon for pH to be a balancing act if your CaRX is feeding colonies. If that's the case you can add kalk yo your ATO reservoir to counteract.

Leave the media in the reactor alone and simply gather a cup of your effluent and test dkh on it.

And do the bucket test for ph

i have done this i should have done it, i put baking soda in the reactor mixed it with rodi till it was mixed and where the tank water goes to CaRX i put the baking soda. due to my alk was 7.5 that was 2 weeks ago,

i should buy a kalk

yes probe is reading correctly

If the windows are open and the pH is reading 7.65, either it is not correctly calibrated, or the aeration is very poor.

Kallwasser in the ATO! Raised the pH of my tank from 7.8 up to 8.1-8.2 and keeps it above 8.0 overnight.
