I had like this long time ago. I got Mg to 1500 even more, removed algae manually with your hands, spread some dry food on top of algae, pressed to the roots
and fish did the rest. My fish, urchin never touch algae before they dont like long ones. And now, after getting a lot of xenia my rocks white and purple. I do not remember when clean glass. Water and glass crystal clean. The best fish for this algae -talbot damsel, very good, just only one fish cleaned all. It worked for me very well
