Lanthanum Chloride is the way to go for lowering po4 that far. Just be careful not to go too fast if you have corals

That is way too fast. Especially considering the impact lanthium chloride can have on kh. Whatever method you use you want to be reducing by less than .1 per day.

Phosphate Rx is Lanthanum Chloride. make sure you have a filter sock and make sure you are skimming using the two chemicals.

might be too fast but I have used that formula twice with no ill effects but all systems are different. I also run a Cal rx so my alk never really dips.

GFO with good flow in it will deplete in less than 24 h at that level, but you can measure the effluent from it and see.

My phosphate reached about 0.4 until I realised it was that high with a Hanna checker I test everyday and change gfo every 5/6 days before it starts to climb again it’s and expensive way of keeping it down but mines now 0.03/0.05 with testing daily
