Mine is one of the highest pieces I have, centered in a five foot 150, with a single MP40 on each side. Both at 100% constantly. It had no vertical growth until just recently....What kind of flow do you have in your tank?

Thanks for the reply. I am doing something similar. Got the live rock, seeding the tank with Copepods and good bacteria. Ramping up lights very slowly. Too early to tell. Only left with lps corals now. Have 3 sps left. One of them is Walt Disney tenuous and I think it's gonna go any day. Did you get live sand also? I did not. Just in case I need to medicate the tank. Lots of bad stuff can hide in the sandI fought them with biodiversity, I replaced all of my rock with TBS live rock and the bit of dinos I had left in the tank cleared up seemingly overnight. So far, 6 months later and I haven't seen them return. *knock on wood* My theory, based on research of anecdotal evidence was that dinos are more likely to become a nuisance in a sterile tank (ie. newer tanks started with mostly dry rock), it seems as though there may be some truth to it based on my own experience and I may never use dry rock again. Dinos wrecked havoc on my SPS as well and I'm very lucky I only lost one piece, with that being said some of my acros still haven't recovered and I fear I may never get to see what they look like colored up (wild frags).

Very nice!
Beautiful, love to see coral progressions over time.
Great looking piece. After seeing your pix I may have to pick one of those up.
.

If you have a local friend with a stable tank I would drop off my high end corals with them during the process. Would suck to lose a WD tenuis. Thats what we do here. Thanks for the reply. Nice. It looks liked it took some time to take off but when it did, it started growing fast. Do you dose your tank quite often?

Wow! That's awesome!I so wish I knew why this pink lemonade does so well for me, but I don't.... I'm loving the coloration on it right now, it's amazing if I do say so myself.

Picked up a frag at macna. Blasting it with the the same fixture and gyre 150. Let's see if I can get mine to look as sick as yours. Good stuff!
Wow! That's awesome!

My experience with pink lemonade is that this acro is very hardy, and almost bulletproof. It's not as finicky with water parameters as most...just blast it with light and flow and it's happy
