Plastic crates safe?

I added one container to my tank so hopefully it's works out and is safe.

Now this looks much better and a better use of those ceramic bits than the haphazard pile in the other containers.

I have 4.5L in the box, takes up much less space this way.
Looks like some of my 25mm size should be here tomorrow.

So far so good, will be adding more today because my shipment of siporax showed up today.

Can't speak to the plastic, i've used similar items before with no issues. On another note, get rid of those ceramic rings which i'm assuming are intended to be "filter media," much better options out there. Look into sintered glass media.

The OP states that those rings are Siporax, in which case they are made of sintered glass and are not ceramic. According to testing done on that other site, they are the most effective of all man made filter media.
