Please help! What’s wrong with my fish?

Not sure what you filter consists of but if it has a bunch of bio media and flow was restricted for a prolonged period of time there could very well be some die off. When you turned the filter back on that could have polluted the tank.
If they’re still acting strange when you get home I would do a large WC.

Left my flow off all night once as well.
Definitely low oxygen.

Ok thanks. They should come back. My dad suggested it was the new flake food I was trying out

Great to hear!
I try to make a habit of giving my tank a visual once over every night before I go to bed. It’s like second nature now!
Cars locked, Check
Front door locked, Check
Tank pumps running, Check
