if you got the money to spend, go with kessil, maxspect, or radion. but IME they'll all seriously overpriced for what they are, and the growth wasn't that much better. I did however like the kessils for the few months I had them. I borrowed a buddies a360WE with the controller and it was cool to play with the spectrum and get it right, but the growth from it wasn't worth almost 500 bucks.
with the ebay lights, you can get the same growth, its just not in such a nice neat little package. but if you want the improved spectrum, message Mike Herman on facebook, tell him Dustin Tackett sent you his way. he has some new signature lights coming out with amazing spectrum. better than even the kessils as he has a complete custom layout and UVA and UVB diodes to give even more growth over the kessils. not sure what his price is yet, but they'll be way under 500.
