So I recently purchased a pair of rossmont mover powerheads and I disconnected them for the first time after 2 weeks of use to see if it helped make it easier for my fish to feed. When I reconnected one wasn't turning but to the touch it was vibrating so I new something was wrong. Then I disconnected it to take it out and noticed my led a aqualife halo mx80 flashed some light when it was supposed to be off. I didn't think much of it because I was running late for work and just needed to get the pump working. I'm pretty busy during the week with school and work so I don't get much time to look at my tank but today all I had was work so I come home and notice my halo whites are flickering so I lower the intensity to take a better look and 1 led is out and the rest flicker. I believe this is because the pump was building amperage trying to turn the rotor so when I disconnected it sent the excess to my led is there anything that I could do to save it or possibly fix it. I've only had it for a year. Does this sound possible or did this led just not last to long.
