What do I do my fish is upside down and bent no visible signs of scratches. And when he trys to swim he goes in a vertical circle. Please Help!!

I will get pic soon as possible. Tank is around two years I think. The fish has been in there for like a year. Parameters are fine. two domino damsels two maroon clowns 60gl tank. he is the third domino and the oldest of the three.

Do you have a quarantine setup? Even if its not a disease, a space away from other fish could be less stressful for him

He is trying to swim but he just gets flipped back over.

I've had success netting into a covered bowl so the fish are never out of the water and don't flop around in a panic
