Pls Help And Hurry!!!

Try putting the fish in a quarantine even if it's in the existing tank smaller the better try to keep the fish upright. Have you noticed any fish aggression?

Is there anything else strange happening in your tank?

I had it once, my anthia would sink if it stopped swimming, the general consensus and mine was swim bladder problem, if it is then i think its incurable and will eventually pass away, mine lasted 2 days, so imo there is not a lot you can do for the poor thing im sorry to say.
Its never nice to see anything suffer so my heart goes out to you

Unless tank brand new, all zero seems odd. Looks like aggression was a contributor to this. Ph a bit low, temperature borderline, and what tankmates do you have?

temp: 76-79
Ph : 8.1-8.3
Salinity : 1.024-1.025

I dont know the specific specific parameters but they have been fine fore the past few month I will get them soon as possible

I'm sorry... I have to ask... If you don't know the specific parameters, how can you say they are fine?

I sense panic in your posts. I'd start off by asking you to take a deep breath and step back. No solution is going to fix the issue instantly, so try to get your head in a place where you are prepared to be methodical and patient in your correction of the issue causing the problem.

Right now, there isn't much to go off. I would suggest isolating the fish if it is the ONLY fish in the tank in this condition.

This could be a swim bladder issue secondary to tank mate aggression. Aggression may come from a new tank addition, territorial issues and even overcrowding.

But these are only guesses as the information in the post is limited.

Again, take a deep breath. Take a water sample to the LFS and get it tested. And buy a test kit and make weekly testing part of your husbandry routine.

Yes its because the algae problem eats them up before they go up I thinkI have some phosphates though and tank mates are two maroons and two other domino damsels the fish are always picking at each other so possibly but doubtable.
