Poll: How often do you scrape your glass?

As long as i use my mag float on the front glass every few days, i never have to scrape

Every two days or so. I run an ULNS and dose aminos everyday so a film forms on the glass everyday...

Hello,

Because I have arms like a trex I have to use my mag cleaner couple times a week. If it goes longer then it’s a pain to get clean. Since my tank is 34 inches tall its really difficult hitting the bottom. But I have a razor scraper that’s about 36 inches long and it helps. It goes through blades like crazy. Probably four blades using both sides to get the small gunk off. Plus it makes it hard to see the colors on my coral.

Whenever it hits me hard enough that it needs it. But I think weekly is a good estimate.

I clean the front and the sides almost every day. Usually the brush side of the flipper, sometimes the blade side. I scrape the back glass once a week when I am doing my water change with a kent scrapper. I don't absolutely have to clean the glass everyday which is why I said almost everyday but if I'm looking at the tank I want the clearest possible view.

Used to be every 3 days.
I have been dosing a Little hydrogen peroxide nightly since having dinos a couple of months back and now its every 7-9 days.

I actually scrape twice a week. I have found (over time and through error) that there is in inverse relationship between the way the glass looks and the way the corals look. I've learned to accept less than spotless glass :/.

I use my magnet scraper usually once a day to get the light cover off and once a week I go in with a blade and get into the edges

Every 6-8 weeks. Sometimes longer. I'm not really sure why but my current set-up takes forever to get enough film on the glass to be noticeable. I'm not complaining though. Lol
