My ATI ICP results are here. Do you see anything that can impact polyp extension?

Nope; but that is typically the case with ICP results.

BTW...I see little improvement in terms of PE...dont know what caused it...I gave up on catching the flame angel...I am starting to accept the fact that I have to deal with it. The growth and color are good so far...although I like to have better PE...but looks like I am out of luck on that.

What kind of light PAR do you have? My PE was zero until I got my acros into the 300-400 PAR range.

I wouldn't associate PE with PAR values; I have acros in 200 up to 400 and there is no difference. Once your PAR gets quite high, I'd expect less PE.

As for the angel, I think their actions are often convenient scapegoats for people having other issues (or perceived issues). If your corals are growing and colored appropriately, I wouldn't try to find an issue where there doesn't appear to be one.

If growing and colored well, then okay. If not, the coral isn’t healthy and probably has too little PAR. I see people try all sorts of stuff and in the end find out they have too little PAR.

I have atleast 300 - 400 par on most of my SPS's. I was thinking of cutting it down as I thought that was too intense. I dont think its the lighting...today I found that chemistry is not the issue too...the only culprits are my fish...flame angel (used to nip...but not any more) or my greedy scopas tang (cleans my rock off algae...probably nipping my SPS as well). Someone here said, SPS need to be nipped once for them not open for quite some time...so its possible they were nipped as some point and quit extending their polyps.

Yeah...growth and colors are okay. Here are few pics.
