Possible outbreak?

Ok so tomorrow is the day. I was not able to do anyning today about it cause had family events. Which im upset about. But whats a cheap and easy QT set up i can throw together for these fish.
I have a 125. But im hesitant to use it cause once i add copper i can never use the tank or sump to house corals or inverts again right??

So long as the tank doesn't have sand or LR in it during copper treatment. You can discard any media and safely remove the copper after treatment and use the tank again for corals and inverts.

Ok so the DT without fish should have any parasites die off. Can i keep snails and shrimp in the tank? What about an eel? These are also things i have in my tank and i know i cant use copper on them

Snails and shrimp are fine to stay in tank for fallow period. Eel has to come out.
