And here are the numbers from Sjöfartsmuseet Akvariet's two propagation systems
System 1
Sal: 35 ppt
NO3: 0,5-1,5 ppm (Salifert)
PO4: 0,045 ppm
Alk: 6-6,5 dKH (salifert & Triton)
Ca: 439 ppm
Mg: 1358 ppm
K: 441 ppm
pH: 8,1-8,7 (no refugium, no calcium reactor, calibrated by
@Lasse
)
System 2
Sal: 35 ppt
NO3: 0,5-1 ppm (Salifert)
PO4: 0,012 ppm
Alk: 6-6,5 dKH (Salifert & Triton)
Ca: 441 ppm
Mg: 1379 ppm
K: 410 ppm
pH: 7,9-8,25 (recently started a calcium reactor, no refugium)
All numbers from the last Triton tests, except those measured with Salifert.
Both systems are around 4000L each and will serve as propagation and holding tanks until we've built the new Aquarium(about two years).
Since there's lots of light and corals we struggle to keep the nutrients up(and Alk). Dosing lots of Core7, KNO3 and KH2PO4 every day.
