Power Heads and Return Pump Question

Well I figured out the noise on the eflux 1050 if you have it between 40-70% it makes a loud loud humming noise. I turned it up to 80-90% it turns into a low high pitch that you can’t hear. Not bad. But my overflow got super loud with the water going over into the side box . It’s just pushing to much water lol I need it around 50% but that’s when the problem starts. Sooo I’ll grt a different pump , I ordered the reef octopus v4

I just got the eflux 2100 but haven't turned them on. Just setting up the 125 gal this weekend. I also have the dcp 10000 jebao. Hear it is better for pump to be turned down. got larger for manifolds. Maybe I got too big but I have 2 overflows so that is 600 max each or 1200 plus loss of head and whatever I use the manifold for.
