I add 3ml every night before the lights go off. Here is one of my Sps with noticable color and PE improvement after one week.


Before Acropower on Jan 4th

Less than one week of using Acropower on Jan 10th.

If you can't see it in the photos, then you will have to take my word for it. Colors and PE is better.

I am not great with a camera. You can probabaly tell.

once i finish my brightwell coral amino (which has yielded great results) i might try this, seems like a LOT more bang for your buck


question, brightwell amino says you should turn your skimmer off for about an hour after using it, do you need to do so with the acropower?

question, brightwell amino says you should turn your skimmer off for about an hour after using it, do you need to do so with the acropower?

If you are dosing once weekly than maybe but if you break it up through a doser then if say no.

I would say no. Some may get pulled out by the skimmer but enough each dosage should be absorbed by the coral.

Well my liter of acro power showed today and a few hours ago I added 50mls. Its crazy I know but I say without question my acros PE is like they are on steroids- Ive polyps out on acros like Ive never seen. We will see as time passes and I'll take some pics tomorrow but from the very short time its been in my tank there is certainly "something" going on :bigsmile:

How much are you guys dosing a day?

I just picked up the last bottle at my LFS, I was surprised they even had it, but they said they've been stocking it for atleast 3months now. I dosed just 5ml about 15mins ago and noticed an increase in PE within 2mins.

I don't have an extra dosing pump so I'm just going to do the weekly dose of 5mls per 25 gallons like the bottle says-I think I'm around 500-550 total gallons for my system

Just ordered another dozen 500ml bottles.
It's weird but in combination with my Zeovit system this stuff is awesome.
Not sure what's going to do with my Zeo reactor?

I use a Profilux doser, love it.
Before I had running the New Vertex Libra but due to flaws in the firmware and some weird dosing results I returned it for a full refund.
Now they improved the Libra and no more flaws on their doser, might get on board again in a few months.

Here is progression photo after two weeks of using acropower on Jan 17th. Not a huge improvement but more PE in person for sure.

I don't think so.
There are only a few in the Houston area who are using it (see my thread on Marsh).
IMO they can't make enough to hold supply up.
Even Big box online stores getting only a dozen at the time.

My lfs has a bunch of bottles. I think it's awesome it can be hooked up to a doser, after I finish my coral food from zeovit line I'll try this out!
