Premix saltwater

Just picked this up today, has anyone used it before? Natural ocean water. Seen it at petsmart while getting salt and figured I'd try it. I was very happy that I didn't have to come home to mix water

You were happy to not mix water but ok carrying 4.4 gallons of water ?

I keep some on hand for emergencies and usually do water changes with it since I don’t have a RODI system. I don’t really want to use my city water since it’s heavily treated with chloramine, is high in phosphate and TDSs. I realize if I installed a RODI system, I’d solve my issues but I don’t plan on staying in my apartment much longer. So, I don’t really mind spending $40 to do a water change every couple of weeks.

At $5.22 per gallon . I’d gladly mix water and sell it for that price .

My LFS sells saltwater (they mix it, not from the ocean. . .) and it's much cheaper. . .

My petsmart had them for $12. And I like that it has an enrichment solution. I DO HATE MIXING WATER!!! Ha.

I have an RODI system and I hate the waste from it.

I just changed 38 gallons. Wouldn't work for me.

LFS here sell mixed salt water that they make for about a dollar a gallon.

Ah geez. I was doing that at one point when I had 6 tanks. Surely don't miss those days
