I've done hypo for prazi resistant flukes. Do you know if black ich can be eradicated the same way? I've never experienced it myself and am completely in the dark as far as treatment.

The formaldehyde content in Quick Cure (used to be 37%) is different than what was posted above. Follow the directions on the bottle.

Good question. Never heard of anyone using hypo on turbellarian flatworms.

True hypo can treat flukes.... not sure about black ich, though I wouldn't think there would be much of a difference in that respect.

Being flatworms that was my line of thought. I'd be curious to see if Humblefish has ever "experimented" with it

i think he will have more information on that than I would. I've always done the FW dip followed by prazi and if prazi didn't work, Quick Cure was next.
