yeah that drought isn't going anywhere anytime soon but I hope the best for ya.

I would cut way down on feedings. probably down to around 2-3 times a week.

I'm just trying to get major growth out of my corals. I've been getting like 1-2 polyps on each zoa frag every 2 weeks or so. The clove polyps are growing like crazy. The colt coral is also thriving.
And my Xenia is growing like crazy now. It's getting bigger everyday. I had it for like 2 months and it didn't grow at all but now that I'm feeding the tank all my corals have taken off.

I didn't feed the tank for like a week and I could tell the difference in growth.
