Ich is now the problem
I highly recommend using CopperSafe. I've treated many puffers and in my experience they tolerate CopperSafe much better than Cupramine or others.

Copper is not the friendliest of meds on puffers, but hard to beat for Ich. I would use CopperSafe for 30-days.

Just orders some thanks it’s coming tomorrow

Baby Porcs commonly inflate/puff as they grow rapidly. He should settle down and become a fat lazy pig in about one year. Be prepared for him to puff easily when young. Make sure you are transporting him in water. Do not use a net.

I recommend a plastic food container with the rounded edges for capture. Better than a specimen box with thin edges. You can use a small net to corral the little guy into the plastic container. Then just lift it out. He'll remain submerged through the entire process. My last Porc I had to use a 5-gal bucket to move him!
