It sounds like you are managing ich which would explain what’s going on. I’d treat with Prazi again 5-7 days after first dose to kill off the hatching eggs.

I'm estimating that I have about 90 gallons of actual capacity and I dosed about 23ml of prazi pro with the first dose

They should recover fine it’s normal for them to be irritated.
