Pygmy Angle Help!!

I can't tell, I'll see in the morning. It is lights out right now and I just had a fantasy football draft at a friends house so I have been gone tell 6:00. I think that it is just an injure. If I can catch her I will do a dip. Will she acked woozy after the dip? Would a DIY acclimation box help?

Some fish can have an adverse reaction to a FW dip by appearing unable to maintain their equilibrium once returned to the aquarium. If this happens, hold the fish upright (using latex, nitrile or rubber gloves), and gently glide him through the water (to get saltwater flowing through the gills again). It is also a good idea to place the fish in an acclimation box until he appears “normal”.

Oh, and how big of a container should I use? If she doesn't have flukes, will the dip hurt her? Sorry for all the questions, it's just I have never done fresh water dip before and I don't want to kill my Pygmy angle. She is like a daughter to me (even though I am only in middle school:p)
I prefer to use a 5 gallon bucket. There is always a risk of the fish having a bad reaction when doing a FW dip. More info here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

Do you think that my cleaner shrimp could have eaten all of the flukes. When I found my Pygmy angle she was on her side with my cleaner shrimp in her mouth picking at something. I haven't seen any more symptoms of flukes since then and and she looks fine!! What do you think?
