QT setup

My DT is looking great and is really hungry for phosphate and nitrogen since I added a refugium. What should the limit of fish be for a 120 gallon tank and 55 gallon refugium?

Well, what is in there now? What other fish are you considering? LPS? SPS?

Fox face, yellow tang, purple tang, blenny. Powder brown tang and wrasse in QT. I'm open for suggestions on the rest. I really like tangs. DT has been running for four years, just added refugium two weeks ago with 160 pounds of Oolite sand. 130 pounds of rock in DT no sand. I have a skimmer and room for it in refugium. I haven't ran the skimmer since adding the refugium kinda want your opinion on skimmer too?

I'm not sure I would add anymore tangs after the powder brown... 3 is maybe even pushing it in a 120. Could always add a pair of clowns and maybe a flame hawk, royal gramma or black cap basslet... if your brave, a dwarf angel. I have a 120g also, and have 12 fish but 7 are wrasses lol.

Maybe one of the more docile damsel species would be good too, I saw some Talbots at my LFS lately and they are really cool looking and supposedly more peaceful. I've always thought they were sort of drab in photos but much more pretty in person.

Ok the six line wrasse is still alive but not eating. The first day was really the only time I seen him eat the rest of the time he has been hiding. Today he is out and about but not eating maybe I should try other food? The powder brown will eat anything I put in QT. Using ionic copper slowly added till 0.37. How long can a small six line go without eating maybe he eats when I'm not looking? Yesterday was one week since I got them.
