Quarantine Tank without filter

Well guys, I did set up the tank and added everything recommended.
I dont need a powerhead - right?

Furthermore, how do you guys keep the tank clean? I mean in terms of fish poo and food which isnt eaten? It looks like that stuff is now on the bottom of my QT tank laying around.

Fish dont eat very good/much as for now...

AND.. is that filter sponge enough oxygen or do I need to add an airstone?

I've always used a small powerhead for water circulation and o2 exchange.
This sponge filter you added, should be a air pump to power it.

The fish could stressed out from a number of things.
New environment.
Not enough cover, or suddenly having you appear in front of the tank checking on them constantly.
I like to tape up black construction paper ( any color) to the front and ends of the tank over about 75% of the area.
Leave enough off to be able to peek at them. After a few days I move the paper in stages down the tank so only the bottom 1/3 is covered.
I also use a small back filter to help capture uneaten food particles.
Fish poop and uneaten food will collect in spots. A small dia. hose can syphon out those spots.
