Quick help with lethargic mandarin

okay so it seems the other mandarin is doing very good today. The two spot looks better aswell i might have overreacted yesterday calling them sick.

As for feeding i feed brine shrimp with artemia aswell as spirulina for my blenny and angel plus a mix of marine meaty stuff(frozen).

I saw both mandarins eating brine everytime i fed. I also know the two dpot being problematic but i got him too eat pretty fast. Hes eating frozen food of the sand all of the time. Hes also the one i have the longest time, like 3 months or so. I am looking to add a maye for him since i know they do best in pairs, but the first try failed. I think the 2nd fish was in a bad condition when i got it with injured fins and passed like 3-5 days after i got it.

Lastly for the dead mandarin i actually do suspect aggression now. Even if i never saw that, the male looks way better now. Hes showing his fin and has brigter colors just since yesterday. Ill keep having an eye on them.

Do you know the source of the ammonia? That needs to be addressed first imo. Is there a dead fish somewhere? I’ve added Seachem Prime to neutralize the ammonia in an emergency, but the source needs to be eliminated. Has it resolved?
No idea tbh. I changed water and will test again later. Coral, other fish including a pygmy angel are doing fine so that seems to be checked luckily.

Brine shrimp has very little nutional value. Cyclops is much higher. If you try another Mandarin make sure its belly is not concave when viewed from underneath.

I did feed cyclops, my leftover one does go mostly for the shrimp. Ill try again tough. I swear i checked both bellies regularly since they were my first mandarins and i was worried if they got enough food. I saw both filled when i checked the last time. Something mustve changed.
