I purchased a used Radion My xr15 buttons are blue and not responding. Does any one know how to fix this issue?

I'm not sure exactly where, but if you go into ESL, there is a spot that you can disable, or re-enable the buttons.
On the early models if you made a diy hanger and there was any metal close to the top of the light fixture, there sometimes was trouble. So disabling the buttons was a common thing.

I can’t even get it to connect to ecosmart live.
But at least it’s running. I know it’s not broken

Are you using a usb cable that came with it? I bought mine used and it didnt come with a usb cable. Turns out you need to find a quality usb cable to get it connected to the computer. I was using cheap ones and it wouldnt establish a connection. I went through about 5 cables around the house till one worked. Its a common issue. Google will tell of others having a hard time connecting as well.

I may need another cable. This is a cheap one for a phone

I had a bad cord but luckily had several Radions so II had plenty of cords...used a different one and was able to set it accordingly.

Good luck and let us know what you determine...glad to read that it is at least working for you.

You may have to go to the section where you plug the light in and the program looks for that light.
If you have already done that and ESL still doesn't see the fixture, then as previously talked about, the cord is bad or the wrong one.

You can get one from Ecotech, but you may have to buy it. They had short 3' cords with the fixture, but they had 15' cords for sale.

I bet its the cable. Keep trying different ones. Then factory reset the light and yould be ready to set it up!

i am having a similar issue. i purchased two new radion xr30s. was able to connect one to apex with little issue but my second light will not connect to the computer and there are no lights on the buttons when i plug the light to power. using the cord that came with the radions and used the same cord that worked for my other radion, im confused. did everything in the neptune steps to connect the first radion, updated apex, wxm and firmware on control manager before attaching to wxm.

If the buttons are blue, they are disabled. You can factory reset the radions. Ecotech sometimes recommends to disable the buttons because they can interfere with the wireless signal. This is what I've been told directly from Ecotech support.

Directions here to factory reset:

the buttons have no lights, but the fan is on. i tried to reset via the buttons but nothing happens. the fan stays on but nothing changes with the lights on the buttons or leds themselves. i tried to unplug and plug back in to power but no change. only the fan turns on and the button lights are off. when i try to connect to computer, nothing happens and it cant be the wire or the computer because i try the same wire and computer on the other radion and it connects, and the lights on the buttons are white on the radion that works.
