Radion Button’s not working

If the buttons are blue, they are disabled. You can factory reset the radions. Ecotech sometimes recommends to disable the buttons because they can interfere with the wireless signal. This is what I've been told directly from Ecotech support.

The issue is that this doesn’t work because the buttons are disabled

how can i enable the buttons if the light does not connect to computer?

When I bought mine used I had to have echotech disable it from the other persons account before I could use mine

this was bought new, out of the box. when i log into eco live, there are no devices. i tried to power both lights on, connect the light that works and click all radions then enable buttons. but the second radion still has no lights on the buttons.

I would try to get another cable.

i tried several cables, they all work with one of the radions but they do not connect the second radion. i think the buttons are disabled as someone mentioned, but not sure how to enable them if the radion does not connect to the computer. holding the center physical button on the radion doesnt do anything. but the fan remains on.

The fan will always be on. It never turns off.
I would get on the phone with Ecotech.
I would not use their email system.
