How was your growth with those settings?

I moved on to the G5 Pro with a diffuser. I was after color more than fast growth, the G 4 worked well in both areas. On the AB+ program I stayed with 42% overall, 100% on blues and UV, whites, red and green I dialed down, especially the red and green. Also has to do with your water, watch the corals. I don’t mess with the light settings once I set it, I only increased the overall intensity to 49% and I’m watching the coral. Set it and forget it, the coral will adapt. Hope this helps.

Thanks! It's confusing at first since the BRS videos make you think the AB+ needs to be at 100% intensity to achieve 250-350 PAR at the top 6".
