No... Below is the response I got from 2 little fishes. There has been a lot of rumors floating around that it is illegal to farm now so I contacted them and here is what they said

Dear Mike,

We have been out of stock for a period of months as we secure a new source for the raw product. We should have some supply again in a couple of weeks, and then permanent supply in about 6 weeks.

Thanks for your patience.

This is promising, but we have heard promises about stock with so many different things in this hobby, that I will believe it when I see it. I want natural media again as much as the next guy, but not getting my hopes up yet.

It would appear that they were waiting on securing a new supplier. With a timeline stated, I would assume this supplier is now contracted.

Hope so. Like I said, we have all heard this before only to later hear stuff like "supplier could not get the permits like they thought that they could" or something along those lines.

True. But TLF went radio silence and wouldn't say one way or another. Now they have.

All you had to do was ask them LOL. I emailed them in early Feb and got ....

Dear Simon,

The fossil coral that makes up ReBorn has always been legal to collect and it is still legal to collect. However, the correct exportation and importation can present challenges for companies involved. There hasn't been a change that we are aware of, but we nevertheless don't currently have inventory or supply available.

We have been working on it and look forward to making the product available again as soon as possible.

TLF.

Seems that progress has been made.

BRS was being told a straight answer.

I don't think that anybody is being dishonest. Anybody remember the southdown sand thing? It got shut down forever after a year or two of hope. ...or indo colonies thing just a few years ago? This is tricky and some things just leave the hobby forever despite everybody best intentions and wishes. Maybe I am just jaded from having seen this too many times...

I’m about half full on my reactor. When I hit 1/3 left I may have to go with ARM this time around. I have a box full of acro skeletons I’ve saved though which I’ll use in conjunction

Guys, I’m tellin ya.. you don’t need it. I have been using this for about 6-7 years now and I have ZERO algae issues or otherwise. A bag of this lasts a long time and is way way cheaper.

I have started doing the same. Realty, particularly at the moment, is that I cannot find a home for all the green slimmer cuttings. So into a tub they go as future CaRx media.

I fortunately have a case of it yet. It is a transport issue, not discontinued

Do you have issues with clogging or your recirc pump working harder (heat)? I've been using this on my secondary chamber to scrub off excess co2 but I stayed away from using it on my main chamber due to worries that it might clog and/or recirc pump failing prematurely due to the restricted flow.

Never any issues. I swear it the same thing as arm media. Theres only so many natural sources of calcium carbonate. I too use bleached coral skeleton, they dissolve the fastest but then top it off. Secondary chamber too. Disclaimer though, I do have a down flow reactor, it’s an old school Precision Marine. Every time I refill, I do rinse the fine dust out of the existing stuff and then fill er up. With my monster clams and packed sps reef, I go through large amounts of this stuff and I swear by it.

Yeah, I bought a few bags to have on hand ….. just in case. This is what I've been using in the second CaRx chamber so I can use it in the primary also in a pinch. I've still about a years worth of reborn, so hopefully a new supply source really will be secured before then.

I’ve got lots of spots for your cuttings.
One mans garbage is another’s treasure!
