Looks great to me... I had a piece like the one you started out with and it just encrusted for like 8 months before shot up.... It's gonna explode soon...

Nice. Mine is just encrusting and isn't really showing much verticle growth. Where do you have your placed in the tank?

Mine is doing the same thing, still looks good though.

I love growth pictures. It is amazing how fast a healthy SPS coral will grow once it gets nice and established. Red Planet is one of my favorite corals as I have a couple of them in my tanks. Very nice.
