It all depends on what coral you have but with that size tank a small powerhead will work fine. As far as feeding once a day is fine ,you want fish to consume food within 2-3 minutes and food should never hit the bottom. Fish are pigs and they will eat untill they pop. They don't need much food. With that size tank your nutrients can build up quick so be stingy with the food. That also applies to feeding corals.

We have an unknown chalice, a Jason fox sunset montipora, a birds nest, couple of different mushrooms, we have 3 different zoas, including eagle eye...we have 2 anemones, one small frogspawn, a leather, 2 clownfish, a green chromis, and a pj cardinal....along with a cleanup crew......

Sorry but I disagree with most of this.

I've never had to black out a tank for Cyano, and don't recommend it. Especially for how little of it there is in this tank.

Cyanobacteria is a bacteria, it has nothing to do with phosphates...

Brushing it with a toothbrush just spreads it and it will be back tomorrow.

Phosguard is for phosphate removal.

So I should only add more flow? And feed less? How long should lights be on a day?

Yes add more flow, I suggest a Vortech MP10 if your budget allows it and if not I'd add 2 Koralia K2's.

How many fish do you have and how much do you feed daily?

I run my lights 8 to 10 hours a day.

I have 2 clowns, 1 chromis and a cardinal.. Also starfish, cleaner shrimp...

Tiger Conch snails are well known to eat cyno. I have never personally had them but many people have success. Add a power head for sure not only for the cyno but for the health of your tank as well. Myself, I always try the natural ways before using any chemicals such as red slime away. That stuff works I know know that for certain but again, a natural process is a much better method.
