RedSea REEFER 525 XL Build

Looking nice and really like the led background. If you don't mine me asking where did you purchase the real reef rock from?

Also getting a 525XL going. Yours is looking great so far! Following.

One thing I found was that the return ended up blowing a lot of my sand to the back of the tank, no matter how I adjusted it. I ended up cutting it back some and glueing on a Loc-Line T-junction. Two of the flare nozzles gives me some good movement on the surface without any additional noise.

Thanks....APEX mount needs some work, but needed to get tank up and cycled ASAP....time to work on cabinet later =)

Thanks! No I have not had ventral before. Excited for them!!! I have only had lyre tails. You? Any advice?

Oh ok, no personal experience. I have a friend that had trios in the past. I believe he lost a few due to eating issues. His weren't quarantined though, so that should help. Good luck with them, they are some awesome anthias!
