Unlike many other places. They told me that everything is for sale. I agree if someone wants to buy something then the item should be for sale.

Reef life aquariums has yet to disappoint me in quality price and customer service.

Neither was I but I once owned a retail business and the truth is somebody should tell that guy what's what. Every business owner should be told when they screw up. What they then do with that info is what will define them. Im sure some people love the guy or at least tolerate him. Some people apparently want a pompous, arrogant, condescending, buttwad from whom they can buy their coral. Truth is we'd all be better off if he'd run his business as a gracious, humble, appreciative, supportive host/knowledge base, as he should. Competition is a good thing and right now there's zero competition. You see a need in the marketplace and then fill it which is what Reef Life has done so brilliantly.

is it really nessary to call out the other store to make them look bad even emailing this tread? This thread is basically bout Reef Life Aquariums where we share our experinces with that store and not bashing or calling out other stores as well. if you want to call them out please i suggest you to make your own thread and Rant ON!! Don't get me wrong i'm not against either store there a lot of things that i like about and dont like but bash or called em out. im just happy that we have a local reef store close enough to support our hobby.

To answer your first question. Absolutely!!! It's an opportunity for them to hear their customers being honest and giving them a chance to fix things instead of just vague unspecific complaints about "other stores". That place has real issues which should be dealt with! I want them to so well! Competition is great!! These aren't bashing for bashings sake... These are specific gripes. If u had a business wouldn't you want to know if your customers had complaints rather than the customers just stop coming?

These same problems yall are talking about have been talked about for several yrs and many people have started threads on the issue of the owner of the particular store long before it moved to Birmingham.. We used to drive 2hrs away to huntsville to CRA because of how friendly the owners were and what they would do to help fellow reefers out.. But the tornado took them out
