Hi Sicklid.

I found your file and see that you purchased a DM-132e on September 24th. And you are right - when you receive it it will be outside the one to three week window we strive for - Hence the email. You are welcome to share the email update we sent you - we sent it to a few other people as well. I would like to say that we are never late on shipments but that is not the reality of international manufacturing and shipping. It happens rarely to us - but when it does we send out immediate updates to our customers - like we did you today. Your light will be about a week outside the 3 week window that is listed on our site. Sometimes factories just get behind. I think the key to dealing with this is staying in touch with our customers and letting them know BEFORE it is late - like we did with you - that there is an issue and when we expect your light to arrive and what we are doing about it. This is what we do and will always do - and I think that is why we have a great reputation for customer service. And no one is saying " this is not funny " as we take customer service very seriously at Reef Radiance. 2 thumbs up for the 155e fixture. I have 1 over my 40 breeder and my zoos have exploded. Even my frog spawn is amazing. The frog spawn was on its way out with my t5s and it's been almost 2 months and they came back and even larger. I had a frag of (my clementine & space monster) with 3 polyps and I probably have 12 of each now in 2 months......amazing... thanks Rick!

I have a question for you all and anyone on the forum. As you know we are the US Distributor for the Seneye Reef Monitoring system. And as I assume you know the Reef Unit has a PAR meter included. The reason I mention this is the best way to acclimate your coral to a new light is to take PAR measurements as various points before you replace your old lighting - and replicate - and then improve - those light values - with your new lights. My challenge is the Seneye is new (and frankly the coolest toy that you have never owned) and I really want to figure a way to get them into the hands of every hobbyist so they can not only acclimate their coral properly but use it for placing new coral or moving old coral. What in your opinion is the best way to get this amazing tool sold to hobbyists? Most of my day I spend helping others - but today I would like some help from the people whose opinion I value most - you guys...... rick

I'll be glad to use one on my 155e x 4 Rick and log weekly entries on my 240 thread!! Lol. Wish i had the $$ to drop on one right now. As far as getting it out there, discount per each unit of your LEDs sold, Reef Radiance owners (or all ppl) photo shots of their tank(s) with a possible winner (best pic, voters choice,etc) getting one. I think anyone running LEDs would benefit from a seneye.

I would say when people do group buys offer for one to be given randomly to one of the participants if there are a certain number of orders or amount reached. That way it's spread throughout the groups or clubs and experienced and results shared.

have one of the bigger guys on youtube do a reveiw on it because i dont think your price is high on it but people will want to see it work from someone other then the guy selling them like maybe mr salt water tv or theres a few others that are getting some big veiws on there vids
