Unless you want to use them as moonlighting I don't see a point of dimming much lower. Right now at the lowest setting I could probably acclimate corals at the very top of my pillars so that's good enough for me.

Hi guy`s , just ordered my very first led light, RRDM-32i going to use it on a 30 gal tank that is powered with 4 power compacts . I have a feeling after reading all the posts everyone is happy with the product . I also have a 65gal reef tank that is being lit with 8 power compacts at the moment and three fans ! I`m tired of spending 480 dollars every year for bulb replacement ! Looking foreward to using your product . Thanks Willi aka Miamiangler

I think the 132s is just blue and white lights...not sure on the spectrum though. The 132e has all different color lights. The website is pretty descriptive, too.

Yes, the 132e is a full spectrum light.

Does anyone have the lumentek PRO 240? I have a 55 mixed with PC's. I have been looking at the pro 240 for a little while and like what I see. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of there tank using this model?

I do....lol. I have one over the 55 in my office and will post it shortly - we will have photos up soon of all the LUMENTEK line over various aquariums and will post soon.

The DM-132i is identical to the DM-132e but with one year warranty - it is only sold on forums - not on our site.

JUST POSTED A PICTURE OF A 240 OVER THE 55 IN MY OFFICE. IT IS SET AT 80% AS I WANTED TO ACCLIMATE MY CORAL OVER TIME. IT HAS NO SHADOWING FROM THE MIDDLE BRACE - IT IS SET AT 11 INCHES OVER THE WATER LINE. IT LOOKS AWESOME OVER THIS TANK - I REPLACE TWO OF THE DM-132e - WHICH WERE GREAT FOR THIS TANK - BUT REALLY WANTED THIS MONSTER HANGING IN MY OFFICE!
