How strong u thinking about running them at....?...think you'll take them up to max power?

I doubt I will ramp them up to 100%. I will see how the next few weeks go. Right now I am planning on getting to 70% and see how that goes. The other goal is figuring out the right ratio of blue to white

I've got a120..with 2 of the 155s....I've only had my blues at 40% and whites at 35%...everything thing seems to be pretty happy

For what's it worth I started at 75%white and 50% blues and after a few day my coral was looking bad so I back it off to 50/50 with no improvement and now I'm at 30% white and 50% blue and they are looking better.

it is on a standard aga 75 gal . Right now it is just sitting on top of a make shift canopy with a large enough hole cut out of the top. It is all pretty thrown together at this point until I build the new canopy for the light.

I don't have a very good camera on my phone, but here is a pic with the lights on at I believe it was 40% earlier today.

Very nice! The coverage looks great. I only have a 36" 65g so the 240 was probably overkill, but since I will be using the RR mount and it sits pretty close to the water I was afraid the 180 would give me dark spots on the edges.

EllisJuan - I think you made the right choice. I was worried with the 240 covering the 48" but it does a great job with the 120 degree optics. I am very grateful that Rick was able to point me in the best direction.

Garrick - I think I am going to follow suit with your direction. I am still playing around, but I think I am going to do a 2 to 3 ratio with whites to blues.

Yes at 75w/50b 10" about the tank 250par at the sand on a 20" tall tank. I have not checked it since I back them down and raised the light. I will try and check it again tomorrow

No, but I was looking at them today and they sound pretty awesome. I have been looking at an Apex or ReefKeeper mostly to monitor temp and PH and this looks like it may be a good alternative.
