Reef safe fish w personality

I have a clown goby he is really a character, I have a ton of flow in my tank and he loves to cling to the rocks and get blown back and forth as my gyres do their thing.

Fingers close he doesn’t nip my acro’s as I have heard stories that they may do that. If so he will get to live in the Xenia fuge with my clowns

I like interaction of colonies and schools of fish, I've had. Currently I have a 120 gallon anemone tank-- BTA and RFA and for movement I have three occ clowns and 8 springeri damsels. Under kessil panels the damsels are blue with black netting and mottling ( quite beautiful) and they interact big time. Each knows exactly where the other ones call territory and they interact constantly ( never fighting). At feeding time there is keen competition for every bit of frozen mysis before the bits are taken by an anemone-- one of my favorite tanks

Tailspot Blenny

For me my three triggers have the best personalities, the Clown trigger is tops but the Asassi and Sargassum are close. Holding the cup of food over the water and having all 3 spitting water at the cup simultaneously is what gives them the nod over the other 11 fish.

Gill is a dude, he follows my hand all around the tank, comes to the front of the glass and follows me around when I come into the room etc. He is a happy boy, check out that streamer. I had to put anemone guards on to help protect it

let’s have it. What’s your favourite reef safe fish that’s got an individual personality?

Mine is reef safe, but with some caution lol The arc eye hawkfish. The personality of this little fish is unbelievable. I fell in love the first time I saw it, just the way he kept looking at me and turning his little head, like following me lol [emoji173]️

longhorn cowfish. You need a big tank (mine is 4" and I'm upgrading from a 180 to a 300 for him) but they are awesome!

Omg I would love to have one of those, that tiny mouth kills me lol

Spottail blenny and banghai cardinal

DO you need low flow for a cowfish? I have a7 7 foot 220. want to try one but my flow is pretty good in there and they look like slow swimmers.

I agree with the flame hawk. Mine is a camera hog. I can hardly take a pic without him in it. He always wants to be in the middle of the action, whatever that is.

I haven't seen him messing with any coral, but my sandsifting starfish started getting some bites taken out of him after the hawk was added.

I also love my flame hawkfish (DeadPool) He has an awesome personality and such bright colors. I have never had a problem with him and my corals either.
